Joyce Bimson is the founder of Hearthstone Properties, which was established in 1997, and as the hearth is the center of the home, so Joyce is a jewel in the real estate community. She has a depth and breadth of knowledge in the field that is unsurpassed. Over the years she has accumulated the wisdom to navigate any kind of obstacle that might come along in her calm, friendly and gracious way.

Davis became Joyce’s home after graduating from UC Davis with a BS in Wildlife Biology, and she and her husband raised their four children with the benefit of the Davis school system. In 1989, she embarked on a career as a realtor. She went on to earn many certifications and honors in real estate, becoming Yolo County’s first e-PRO certified REALTOR and Accredited Staging Professional REALTOR®, among many others.
